Is a card required for the free trial?
Yes. Eligible new artists receive one 14-day trial per account. Stripe securely saves the card for renewal. The plan charge is $0 today, the trial includes the selected plan’s full 3, 5, or 10-campaign allowance, and the plan renews at its monthly price unless canceled.
What is the minimum total campaign budget?
Campaigns run for 30 days and start at $5 per day, so the minimum advertising budget is $150 USD.
When will my campaign launch?
After payment, the team reviews the song, rights confirmation, and creative. Preparation and Meta approval can affect timing; status updates appear in your dashboard.
Do you guarantee streams?
No. We run real ads and report outbound Spotify visits. A visit does not guarantee a stream, save, follow, or playlist placement.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel the subscription from Billing to stop future renewals. Advertising spend already committed or delivered follows the refund policy.
